Viktor Sanikidze, forward of the Georgian national team, signed contract with “Zaragoza” and will play for the Spanish club till the end of the next season. The official website of the Aragon club confirmed the transfer of the Georgian basketball player. “Vika” will play in Spain with his favorite No.13. Jose Luis Abos: “Sanikidze is different from those players who we had before. He is a universal basketball player in defense and offence as well. Viktor has a very quick first step and is very explosive. So, he can cause problems to our opponents. He played at high level in Italy and has a very important international experience. Sanikidze has played against Spanish clubs in Euroleague. He will adapt to the situation soon. Besides that, his compatriot Giorgi Shermadini will meet in the team”.
