Konstantine Khabalashvili, a wrestler in 66kg weight category, won over Wilson Ndregon of Albania in the 1/16 final of European Wrestling Championship, which is underway at Tbilisi Sport Palace. In the 1/8 final he will wrestle against Ilia Bekbulatov, the member of Russian National Team.

Khabalashvili, who wrestles at such rank tournament among seniors, gained 6 points in two periods. He even did not lose a point.

As for Bekbulatov, he opened the tournament with an impressive victory gained over Ukrainian Andrey Kviatkovski.
