Manuchar Tskhadaia, member of Georgian Greco-Roman wrestling team, started European Championship with victory. The Georgian wrestler (66kg) beat Tomasz Swierk of Poland in two periods – 1:0, 1:0.

In1/8 final Tskhadaia will wrestle against Dominik Etlinger of Croatia. Zurab Datunashvili (74kg) and Vladimer Gegeshidze (84kg) will start participation from this round.
