Today the Stepan Sargisian Memorial has started in the city of Armenia, Vanadzor. The Georgian freestyle wrestling team is participating in this tournament. On the first day the team of Revaz Mindorashvili gained 2 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals.

Giorgi Edisherashvili (55kg) and Giorgi Sakandelidze won gold medals. Davit Marsagishvili (84kg) lost in final. Levan Kelekhsashvili (66kg) and Davit Modzmanashvili (120kg) took the third places.

Tomorrow champions and prize winners will be found out in 60, 74 and 96kg. Vladimer Khinchegashvili (60kg), Iakob Makarashvili, Giorgi Sanodze (both 74kg), Davit Kerashvili, Omar Gusoshvili and Zurab Akhobadze (all three 96kg) will wrestle in the name of Georgia.
