“Zaragoza” of Viktor Sanikidze and Giorgi Shermadini celebrated the 4th victory at the Euro Cup and penetrated through the top three teams of D group, which is a precondition of going through the next stage.
Spanish team hosted “Alba” Berlin and won over them 75:50. Shermadini was in the lineup among the Georgians and in 15:20 minutes he gained 2 points and 4 rebounds. He scored one 2-pointers of 2, had 2 turnovers and got 2 personal fouls.
More successful was Sanikidze, who gained 7 points and 2 rebounds in 20:54 minutes. Georgian forwards scored 2 two-pointers of 3 and 1 three-pointers of 5.
French “Gravelline” and mentioned “Alba” have 5-5 wins and are the leaders of D group. “Zaragoza” and another German club “Bonn” gained 4-4 victories, then comes Italian “Roma” (2) and Belgian “Mons” (1).
