Okruashvili Also Wins Silver Prize

 

 

Adam Okruashvili (+100kg) a member of Georgian national judo team won silver medal at European championship which is underway in Budapest. He lost with French favorite of the tournament, twice champion of Europe, 4 times World champion and Olympic Champion Teddy Riner. The referee gave Georgian sportsman three shidos as for French sportsman, he received one shido.

Before the final Adam Okruashvili beat Belarusian Alexandr Vakhavyak and French Jan-Sebastian Bonvuazen with awarding ippon-ippons, as for Slovenian Martiazh Tseray, he beat him with awarding with wazari-yoko.

Georgian national team gained three-three gold and silver medal and one bronze medal at European championship and took the first place among men teams. As for tomorrow, there will be held team European championship.
