By the way, Shapatava and Vasileva play together in the doubles tournament and they have already overcome 2 stages. At first, Georgian and Ukrainian duet won over Slovenian Dalila Yakupovic and Russian Margarita Lazareva 6:2, 5:7, 10:1, then overcame Russian-Ukrainian duet (Anastasia Frolova-Valeria Strakhova) – 6:2, 6:4. In the semifinal, Shapatava and Vasileva will face Belarusians (Ilona Kremen –Aliaksandra Sasnovic).

Nikoloz Basilashvili (#3 seed) won over Russian Andrey Plotin 7:6 (7:2), 6:4 in the Antalya tournament (10 000 USD) and got in the 1/8 final, where he plays against Romanian Dragos Dima.

In the doubles, Basilashvili and Serbian Milian Zekic overcame Ukrainian Gleb Alekseenko and Romanian Chiprian Alexandru Porumb 6:2, 7:5 and in the semifinal they will face Alexis Klegou and Colin Van Beem of Netherland.

Ekaterine Gorgodze also plays at the Antalya tournament and in the 1/8 final she faces Viktoria Kuzmova (Slovakia), and Sopo Kvatsabaia’s opponent will be Ukrainian Anastasia Prokopenko.
