Georgian tennis player Aleksandre Metreveli won the Kazakhstan tournament (10 000 USD). Aleksandre overcame four Russians at the competition in Shimkent and in final he won over Slovak.
Metreveli beat Fiodor Cherviakov 6:4, 6:3, then overcame Ivan Nedelko 4:6, 6:3, 7:5. In ¼ final he won over Andrey Plotni 6:3, 6:1 and in semifinal overcame Akexander Lobkov 7:6 (8:6), 6:2.
In the decisive match Georgian tennis player faced Slovak Fillip Horanski and won 6:4, 6:3.
Metreveli has 17 points and occupies the 864th place in rating of Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP). By winning in Shimkent he added 18 points.
