Famous footballer of Tbilisi "Dinamo", now the owner and the President of the Dutch Club “Vitesse” Merab Zhordania praised the play of junior team Georgia in the past Elite-Round matches in Belgium under-21 teams of up to 19 years. On May 29 Zhordania specifically came from Holland to Belgium Bornem, in order to see a decisive game with the Georgia junior team of Belgium. The President of the Georgian Football Federation President Zviad Sichinava, General Secretary of Federation Rezo Arveladze and residing in France veteran Georgian football Gia Guruli also attended this match. Their meeting between them was held in a VIP box at the stadium Borneme. Georgia confidently defeated the Belgians with a score 2: 0, Elite-Round in this group scored 7 points, took first place and got the 8 best teams of Europe, who will play in the finals of the EURO in Lithuania in July this year.
