Levan Mchedlidze, forward of Georgian national team, prolonged the contract with “Empoli” until June 30 2015. The official website of “Empoli” reports this.

23-year-old Mchedlidze joined “Empoli” in 2007. After this, he hold 69 matches in this club and scored 7 goals. In 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 he was playing for “Palermo” and in 11 matches he scored once.

In the current season, Mchedlidze played 5 meetings in Serie B and he was not even once in the starting lineup. He even did not score.
