The Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne (Switzerland) will discuss the case of “Karpaty” Lviv against football club “Zestafoni”. The official site of the mentioned court reports it.

“Karpaty” appeals the decision of the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber that “Zestafoni” must receive 295000 EUR for the transfer of Buba Daushvili.

The Georgian signed contract with “Lviv” of First League and then, he was sent to “Karpaty” on loan. In this case “Zestafoni” would receive less compensation. However, “Zestafoni” brought a suit in FIFA and the Dispute Resolution Chamber ordered “Karpaty” to pay 295000 EUR.
