The Georgian national team will hold the first game at EuroBasket 2013 soon. The Georgian basketball players are on “Celje Arena” already. The game against Poland will start at 16:30 Tbilisi time.

Of course, the Georgian basketball players are in a good mood. The boys are ready and none of them is injured. Kote Tugushi, assistant coach of the Georgian national team, told us the following:

“Thanks to god, nobody is injured. Manuchar Markoishvili has a mini injury but now he is good and perhaps, he will not even need a painkiller”.

The Georgian basketball players did not practice this morning. “Yes, we did not practice because the game starts early. Perhaps, the same will happen tomorrow because we will hold the first game again”.

What should we expect from the game against Poland? “Of course, it will be a tough game. It is the first game and is very important. The Polish team is on good form and is going to make through to the next round. Today we watched the video of their game. It is important to start EuroBasket successfully”.
