In Greece “Olympiacos” Piraeus defeated “Panelefsiniakos” 85:60. The Georgian center Giorgi Shermadini played a key role in the victory of his team.

Shermadini played for the first 10 minutes. It was surprising that after his good play the head coach of “Olympiacos” did not let him play in the second half.

The Georgian basketball player scored all 4 2-point and both two free throws. He earned 10 points, 3 rebounds and 3 steals. Shermadini did not have turnovers, did not commit fouls and two fouls were committed against him. In short, it was the best game of Giorgi.

The Georgian center had 18 coefficients. He was behind Printezis (17 points, 6 rebounds), Perperoglou (15 points, 3 assists) and Powell (15 points, 7 rebounds).

“Olympiacos” celebrated the 22^nd victory in 23 matches and is leading the Greek Championship. The club will hold the next game against “Panionios” Athens. Before that on April 26 “Olympiacos” will play against Turkish “Efes” in ¼ final game of Euroleague.
