- Is it a long time that you are unemployed?

- It can be considered that it really lasted for a long time. But I have not received any interesting offers.

- There were backstage conversations, that Roman Pipia and Geguchadze met each other and talked about the collaboration.

- Yes, I go and I am trying not to separate from the football news. I am looking through the football news. I have more time for family and children.

- …How would you estimate the last matches of Georgian national team?

- I cannot make sharp statements. We all expect better results, but we must be patient. The Georgian football players have enough resources to show better results, but all these postponed to the future.

- The result is clear for everyone and do you see any prospects of the game? Are there outlines and combinations?

- When I talk about the result, I have a principles. The Georgian players are talented and have potential, no one can make me to change my opinion. More organized, proper approaches and see shortcomings are necessary.

- Your trained team were distinguished with combinative and attacking football, how did you manage this? At first glance you had not a strong lineup.

- Attacking football we have in blood. Every coach has their own opinion, but It’s clear that the team should be able to attack positional, they should think about the ways of attack during the defense. I am far from that idea, that we have not talented and creative football players.

- Many people think differently: they say, that Georgia do not have players and that’s why they could not attach 3 assists to each other…

- There often are talks about that the Georgian could not go to good foreign teams. Why they cannot, this is different issue, but I think that they deserve better clubs. Our problem is to fit to foreign environment. I repeat, that there is a resource and no one can make me believe that our players cannot make 3 assist. This is my opinion and I do not dictate this to anyone.

- Now the team has coach, but it is interesting: Do you wish to train the team?

- I will answer easily: the coach works and as I am informed, he will lead the next qualifying.

- Also about the national Championship: 5 rounds passed and what news do you see, what has changed?

- It is early to make conclusion. Favorite clubs, “Dinamo” and “Dila” are laming, but probably this is because, they held 6-6 matches in Euro tournaments. More expectation is about “Zestafoni”, which won over “Dila” 2:0 in the last round. Probably this will help them to be in a good spirit to hold the next matches well. “Torpedo” Kutaisi is a leader and I want to wish them success for the future, but it’s early to make conclusions.

- Have you seen new talented players? Those who already made progress.

- Yes, there are perspective players. I do not want to name them, but several days ago, I was in the match between “Saburtalo” – “Lokomotivi” and despite the fact that it was the match of First League, I liked it very much. Talented boys are in both teams. Generally, good generation is coming. Organize and correct approach is needed.

- Many young people are not given a chance in Super League. For example, goalkeeper Gabriel Tebidze was without team during the months, but even in the European U 19 teams the brilliant game should not have been overlooked. Why they did not believe in them in the Super League?

- This depends on club policy. I belief so: if we can rely on Georgian players and this will not spoil the business, it is not necessary to switch to legionaries. And if it is not, then this is other thing. Personally, I think that there is a resource for the Georgian players.

- Which showed also the example of “Dila”.

- Even if. Is it bad that Lasha Gvalia and Giorgi Iluridze appeared? They did not stay for a long, they went abroad, but the team, which was created a month earlier, went through the 2 stages in the Europe League and showed the good game.

- Generally, you often relied on almost unexperienced young players and you have not lost. This is risk and do you like risk?

- Risk is not harmful. If you cannot win the game, then you must be answerable for this. In my opinion, this risk, which you mentioned, is more positive than negative.
