Patsatsia Broke His Hand

The Georgian basketball player will miss from two to four months


“Dnipro-Azot” of Levan Patsatsia played “Odessa” in the last game of Ukrainian Superleague and lost 69:92. The Georgian legionary did not play in the previous game because he is injured.

Viktor Kobzisty, head coach of “Dnipro-Azot”, made a statement about the Georgian legionary.

“Patsatsia has a serious fracture. He injured “shooter” hand. His recovery will take a long time. Perhaps, surgical operation will pay off but he cannot recover earlier than two months. Levan will have to miss about 4 months”.

In the current season the 25-year-old Georgian forward held 9 games in “Dnipro-Azot”. His average results are 9.1 points, 5.6 points and 2.1 assists.

Patsatsia played about 28.0 minutes and was in the best shape.

“Dnipro-Azot” lost 9 from 10 games and is in the 14th place.
