Head coach of “Merani” Martvili Kakha Chkhetiani left the club.

Before coming to “Merani” Chkhetiani worked as an assistant of Gia Geguchadze in “Torpedo”. However, his debut in “Merani” as a head coach turned to be unsuccessful.

Kakha Chkhetiani: “I left the team on my own initiative. I take all the responsibilities. I would like to thank the team’s management, players, fans because during these time, despite the results, were supporting us.

I also want to say a few words about Georgian football and express the pain about what is happening there today. If we are trying to evolve and survive Georgian football, first of all we should clean ourselves and then start to rise.
