Avtandil Chrikashvili, member of Georgian judo team, defeated Russian Ivan Nifotov in the semifinal of World Championship. #2 seed Georgian (81 kg) won the semifinal also by ippon like as in the rest 4 meetings.

In the final Chrikashvili will face Luic Pietrre of France
