Mikheil Berishvili (205 cm), member of the Georgian national basketball team, transferred to “Zlatorog” of Slovenia and held the first test game in a new club.
The 27-year-old Georgian forward spent the previous season in “Armia”. His average result was 10.4 points, 5.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.1 steal in 22 games.
“Zlatorog” beat “Elektra” 97:72 (30:23, 19:20, 23:16, 25:13). The Georgian forward earned 19 points.
In the previous season “Zlatorog” took the 5th place at the Slovenian Championship. The next season starts on October 11.
