Amiran Papinashvili a member of Georgian national judo team won three matches at European championship which is underway in Budapest and as a result he went through the final. He beat British Ashley Maccuens with two yokos and he is very close to European championship. Georgian judoka wrestles against Swiss Ludovik Chamartin in the final match. 

Papinashvili started competition at this following tournament as No.1 seed from the 1/8 final. He managed to beat Azer Vugar Shirinly at the last minutes of the tournament. After this match he beat Czech Pavel Petrikov.

Soon Olympic champion Lasha Shavdatuashvili will wrestle in Hungary. His opponent is Azer Nihat Shikhalizada.

Final matches start at 21:00 o'clock.
