Davit Kacharava, rugby player of the Georgia national team and “Yenisey-STM” Krasnoyarsk, was named the best player of the team.

In 2014 this club won everything in the Russian Championship. 2,5 months after the end of the season the 29-year-old rugby player was named the best player of the season.

“Yenisey” was the first foreign club for Kacharava, brought up by “Kochebi”. Then, he went to France and played for “Nice” and “Rodez”. Last year Kacharava went back to “Yenisey” and played a key role in success of this club.

Kacharava had debut in “The Lelos” in 2006. He held 76 matches in the national team, captained 4 times and scored 14 tries (70 points). The Georgian played in the 2007 and 2011 World Cups. Once he played in “Barbarians”.
