Internet portal panorama-sport.com reports that Nika Gelashvili, forward of Georgian national team, will be back for “Flamurtari” Albania in January.
On November 12, Gelashvili injured his knee at the Georgian national team’s training and was unable to play against Poland. Initially it was announced that he could not play this season.
However, according to the mentioned website, after timely medical intervention the recovery process went well and the Georgian will be able to train in 4 weeks, in the worst case in 8 weeks.
29-year-old Gelashvili transferred to “Flamurtari” in summer and scored 2 goals in 10 matches played in Albanian Championship.
