Luka Lochoshvili, player of the Georgia national team, made a short comment after the debut match at the European Championship.

“Of course, it is an honor for us to be here and play. As for the match, we are debutant team and we were a bit nervous at the beginning of the match. We fought till the end and had some good moments. I think we deserved draw. We have not come here as tourists. We are very motivated.

There was a very good atmosphere in the stadium. We are a small country with few opportunities and it is not easy to come here. However, they did everything to be here today. I am very proud of them.

Now we must analyze our mistakes. I think we are a very good team. It was our first match at the European Championship and we were nervous. We will do our best in the next matches”, - said Lochoshvili.

Georgia will hold the next match against Czech Republic on June 22 in Hamburg.
