The Georgian water polo team finished European Championship in the 10th place. Revaz Chomakhidze’s team faced Germany for the ninth place and lost 8:9.
The tenth place is the best result for the Georgians. At European Championship they beat France 9:7 and Turkey 12:6, fell to Greece 10:17, Italy 6:18, Russia 13:14 and Germany 8:9.
