Georgia failed to Morocco at Davis Cup Europe/Africa Zone Group II. In doubles Nikoloz Basilashvili and Aleksandre Metreveli beat Amine Ahouda and Lamine Ouahab 7:6, 4:6, 6:2. Later, Basilashvili fell to Ouahab 1:6, 3:6 and Morocco won 3:1.

Now Georgia has to play for keeping its place in Group II. The Georgians will face Luxembourg on April 7-8.
