Zaza Pachulia, center of the Georgian national team and “Golden State Warriors”, is in Georgia. The champion of NBA and the owner of the championship stamp brought the Cup to his homeland.

The fans greeted Pachulia with ovation at the Tbilisi International Airport.

Zaza made a comment with the media immediately after arriving and said that this victory is for whole Georgia and which is why our country is entitled to be proud of this success.

“I have been waiting this day for a long time since the moment when I deservedly won. Of course, my family members were with me on the final day and millions of “Warrior” fans, but it is a different feeling when you share joy with the Georgian people. So, I am very happy today. Thank God for this happy day. As promised, I brought the Cup in Georgia and will be here for a few days. This Cup is for Georgia and no one can take away from us. This is the first and I hope not the last one. I can boldly congratulate that the Cup is in Georgia.

The team is a very big part of my life and career and I am looking forward to join the boys. It was a long and interesting summer for me. Now my whole concentration will be forwarded to the team. I hope I will repeat the same next year.

I have not received a champion stamp yet. Traditionally, I will get it in October, on the first game of the next season. This day will be very important for me “, - said Zaza.
