Georgia’s national team started 2018 World Cup Qualifying cycle with failure – the team of Vladimir Weiss fought with Austria’s national team, played football but still lost – 1:2.
The first half of the match turned out to be particularly bad for the Georgians. Martin Hinteregger of Austria scored the first goal at the 16th minute, then at the end of the half Janko scored the second goal.
The second half was better. At the 78th minute, Jano Ananidze scored a beautiful goal and gave us hope, but unfortunately the national team of our country did not have enough time to save the game – 1:2.
