Georgia Could not Beat Albania

The Georgian national football team was beating Albania in a friendly match till the 88th minute. The score was 0:2 and it seemed hard to imagine that the match would finish draw. Finally, 2:2. This victory would have advanced us in FIFA ranking because Albania is in the 32nd place.

At the 2nd minute Alekso Amisulashvili scored a goal. It was Amisulashvili’s fourth goal in the national team.

At the end of the first match the Albanians started playing more actively. At the 40th minute Albanian forward Gashi scored a goal but referee showed offside.

At the beginning of the second half Chanturia scored the second goal – 0:2. The Georgians were very close to victory. The Albanians was not trying to attack the Georgians anymore.

However, at the 88th minute Migjen Basha minimized score from 15 meters and at the extra time Sokol Cikalleshi scored the second goal – 2:2.
