Tariel Khechikashvili who is presented on the post of minister of Sport and Youth Affairs told “World Sport” his main goal is to initiate such law which will interest businessmen.

Tariel Khechikashvili: “I want to thank Prime Minister. I am glad that our work in “Saburtalo” was summarized positively. Sport has always been close to me and its problems hurt me.

- What is your plan?

- Let us speak about it a week later. We must keep unity in the Georgian sport. We must make a plan and do everything for fulfilling it.

- You were one of the opponents of the current leadership of the Georgian Football Federation. Will you go on debating?

- I am for healthy debating.

- You know everything about football. What can you say about other sports?

- All heads of successful federations are my friends. They summarized my step positively and congratulated me.

- Will you be able to initiate such law which will make business interested in the Georgian sport?

- It is my main goal and I will do everything for it.

- You have been in business for ages and will you use your personal relationships for the Georgian sport?

- Of course, I will use my personal relationships to make businessmen interested in the Georgian sport.

- Which sport will be your priority?

- All sports are priority. But some sports need timely intervention.

- What must be done in the Georgian sport?

- A lot was done by our predecessors and I want to thank them. I am always orientated on tomorrow and I will try to improve situation.
