The court of Netherlands will pass sentence on the suit of Merab Jordania, former owner of “Vitesse” Arnhem, in two weeks.

Last year Joost de Wit, general director of “Vitesse”, brought a suit against the Georgian and stated Jordania threatened him to cut off his fingers. The court forbade Jordania to enter “GelreDome” and “Vitesse” training base during three years. Jordania appealed this decision.

The lawyer of “Vitesse” stated Jordania learnt nothing because at the end of the previous year he threatened de Wit again on Twitter. Jordania wrote: “Everyone who did it, deserved to cut off not only fingers, but heads as well”. The lawyer of Jordania claims his client just joked and “smiley” at the end of the text proves it.

To prove the seriousness of Jordania’s words, the lawyer of “Vitesse” cited the words of Erwin Kasakowski, “right hand” of the Georgian. The German who has worked for Jordania for 20 years stated de Wit was so frightened that he did not come out of his house.
