Georgian veteran fencer, the world champion among the youth in 1963, the doctor of medcine- Nikoloz Andriadze gained a bronze medal at European championship, which was held in the city of Italy, Ternana.

Nikoloz Andriadze beat five opponetns in rapid-fencing in U-70 age category and lost only one match with the future champion, Gari Avtandilov the representative of Russia.
