The Georgian water polo team lost six matches in a row at the 2014 European Championship. Now the Georgians will play for the 11th-12th place.
The Georgian water polo players failed to France 6:10 (2:2, 1:3, 2:3, 1:2). Beka Kavtaradze, Damir Tsrepulia, Marko Elez, Marko Jelaca, Mikheil Bagaturia and captain Zurab Rurua scored goals from the Georgian team.
On July 25 Georgia will face Russia which lost to Germany 8:9. In the group round Georgia failed to Russia 12:16.
