Taras Pankevic, head of the legal department of “Karpaty” Lviv commented on the decision of the FIFA dispute resolution chamber, according to which the Ukrainian club must pay 295000 Euros for the transfer of Murtaz Daushvili (“Zestafoni”).

“It is unknown yet on what is based such decision of FIFA dispute resolution chamber. That’s why, we will apply for the full text of the decision, with its reasoning part.

After getting it, it is clear that “Karpaty” will appeal this decision to the court of arbitration for sport” – official website of “Karpaty” reports the words of Pankevic.
