The final match of the 7th round of Super League between “Armia” and “Dinamo” had a great importance as the psychological point too. Up to now the teams coached by Kote Tugushi and Irakli Khoshtaria played without a loss, they had won 5 matches in a row and the point balance were virtually identical. The match was held in Sports Palace and we can consider it as one of the central controversies of the current Super League.

After a long break, two-pointers of Tsivtsivadze was followed to the three-pointers of Lezhava and free throw of Gamkrelidze (45:33). After this the game became tense and full of mistakes for a long time. During 4 minutes the teams could not even score a point. “Dinamo” “woke up” first – Sharabidze, Anatolli Boisa and Teimuraz Babunashvili decreased the score to six (39:45) and the mobilization of “Dinamo” players was followed. Miloshevic scored two-pointers, Gamkrelidze and Giorgi Ormocadze scored three-pointers in a row (53:39). In one moment “Dinamo” gained 23 points and finally the score was 79:61.
