-During the coaching career, you have now win 19 matches in a row over “Barcelona”. Will you try to break this tradition?
-This is another chance for me. We're playing major rivals who are favourites but we have many things in our favour and we're working on our strengths to overcome Barcelona.
-Is Adil Rami physically ready?
-Every day and hour has a great importance for us. We have an important game, but Rami had trauma for a long time and I cannot tell whether Rami will play tomorrow.
-Is it a good time for playing against “Barcelona”, because Neymar is traumatized?
-“Barcelona” has been playing at the highest level for a long time. It is a fact “Barcelona” has very strong players. It is important, that “Barca” can replace Neymar by Pedro.
-Coke estimates chances 50/50. Most Georgians will support “Barcelona” and will this complex your players?
-As for the chances, many people probably nodded their heads when Coke said it. We want to win, but I do not want to name concrete numbers. We will play our game and we always play for victory. No one can deprive it of us.
-In the last game, you overcome “Barcelona” so that the opponents were waiting for the end of match. Do you think you achieve this?
-We wish to play like it and the players have self-confidence. Barça are going to be better than us in stats, possession etc. So we need to accept that and respond by countering very quickly against them. We have good players and we will use all chances.
-“Sevilla” has big problems in the center of defense. Which is more important problem, this or Neymar’s trauma?
-I have imagined how this match will develop and whether this will come true will appear. We have to replace injured players and with those players, who we have, achieve maximum results. “Barcelona” has many shortcomings and we have to try use the chances. Tomorrow we will see, what “Barcelona” and “Sevilla” can.
-It can be said “Barcelona” is so strong that losing is not a catastrophe. Is it a psychological problem for you or not?
-Such high-level game is not every week and we have to approach it professionally. We will do everything to win.
-You are the first club, which hit the Champions League by winning Europa League. Is this a great opportunity and what do you think about this rule?
-Several Years ago we talked at the coaching seminar and voiced the idea that Europa League winner will be awarded. This is more motivation for the clubs in order to achieve success in Europa League.
-What can you tell us about Konoplyanka? On which position do you see him and what is his condition?
-Konoplyanka is very prestigious player in Europe and we got lucky to have him. He can equally play with both, left and right, legs. He will pass the full adaptation in winter and we will see his potential.
