On the final day of Tbilisi 2015, Georgian Olympic Committee’s President Leri Khabelov, Olympic Festival Organizing Committee’s Chairman Aleksi Akhvlediani and European Olympic Committee’s leadership hold a final press conference in “Holiday Inn” and evaluated the tournament.

European Olympic Committee’s Vice-President Janez Kocijancic gave high appraisal to Tbilisi Youth Olympic Festival.

Kocijancic said, although that is not yet finished, the festival was held perfectly. Georgian soul was well represented at Tbilisi 2015, which united around a common European idea and the sport.

According to Joseph Liba (Chairman of European Olympic Committee’s Coordination Commission), the Georgian side kept their promise and Olympic Festival’s organization was excellent.

Tbilisi 2015 Organizing Committee’s Chairman Aleksi Akhvlediani thanked everybody involved in this festival and also to foreign visitors for the positive evaluation.

“We promised that this would be one of the best games. We have received a positive assessment not only from individual persons, but from the heads of Missions and guests. I would like to thank everyone who was involved in organizing the festival”, - said Akhvlediani.

Leri Khabelov (Georgian Olympic Committee’s President): “I would like to thank those people involved in organizing this festival. We have raised the bar and it will push Hungary to conduct the next Olympics to a higher level. The festival took place and I congratulate all of you this success”.

In the end, Tbilisi 2015 was assessed positively. Today, at 21:00, Tbilisi Youth Olympic Festival will be closed in Olympic Village.
